Whatever you share will stay between the two of us — meaning, you have the freedom to share whatever you want without fear of judgement or repercussion.
I’m a psychological therapist in private practice. No information will be shared with your GP (unless you request this) or included within your NHS records.

Some therapists offer a ‘safe space’ to talk — but not much else.
They nod encouragingly… ask “how does that make you feel”… reflect back what you've just said... and that's about it!
In my view, that’s a pretty basic experience of limited value as the client doesn’t leave with the CLARITY they crave or a SOLUTION to their struggle — they just ‘spin their wheels’.
I'm solution-focused and aim to help clients make tangible progress rather than just talk.
I can equip you with insight, tools, actionable advice, and proven strategies — so you’re in a more informed and empowered position to take the action you see fit.
I won't tell you what to do but I can help you find the path that feels most right for you, and support you on your journey, as you take steps along that path.
